Driving along we decided to stop for breakfast. Husband ordered an American breakfast two eggs, hash browns with ham and wheat toast. I decided to try a local favourite, a. Chorizo omelette, hash browns with beans and two tortillas. My husband asked to speak to the cook, he congratulated her as well as tipped her for the breakfast (normally doesn't do that!). The presentation was excellent. The food was excellent. We could have stopped at a chain restaurant but we chose to go to the family owned restaurant and I'm glad we did. The place was clean, they were constantly wiping things down.

Stopped here for lunch while on a road trip. Nice little restaurant. The service was great, and they were willing to customize the kids' food. We had a large pepperoni pizza (14"), chicken quesadilla, ground beef taco platter, and the Del Prado Enchiladas. While we waited for our food, we had complimentary chips and salsa, which was excellent. The chips were very crisp, and the oil they were fried in didn't taste old. The salsa was tasty but wasn't too spicy for the kids. There was a small error with the tacos (we asked for no garnishes), which they quickly corrected. Everyone enjoyed their food (which if you've had a family road trip, you know that's impressive ). The top winner was definitely the carne adovada enchilada and warm sopapilla wirh honey. Delicious! We would happily stop here again.

Great small town cafe with fresh made to order food. The chips and salsa have a distinct flavor; as all salsas should. The apple pie tasted like it came fresh out of the oven. Overall great place to patron on your way.
